啤酒笔记#3 Hoegaarden之Original Belgian Wheat Beer

一直以来都很喜欢Belgium style的wheat beer，这次终于喝到了Belgian wheat beer的鼻祖。话说wheat beer就是用大量小麦麦芽酿制的啤酒，一般来讲有两大派系：东邪witbier (荷兰语"white beer") ，源于比利时的Hoegaarden；西毒乃weissbier (德语"white beer")。

关于Hoegaarden的介绍(偷懒从网上摘录了一段): “Hoegaarden is unfiltered and bottle-fermented and should have a cloudy appearance and a thick, creamy head. Hoegaarden is the mother of all Belgian-style wheat beers. The beer has roots going back to 1445, when in the Belgian village of Hoegaarden, a wheat beer recipe was developed in which traditional ingredients were balanced with spicy coriander and a hint of orange peel giving Hoegaarden its surprisingly smooth and highly refreshing taste. ”

以我的酒品保证，以上介绍基本靠谱！入口可以尝出类似橘子皮和香料(coriander?)混合的味道。据网友反映，最佳饮用方式是加上一片柠檬 (有点像Corona的喝法! ？)。
